Comprehensive result calculations and report methods for HPLC and GC

Implementing calculation and report methods in Empower is often so complex that many options will not be used. Users rather transfer data to external programs (e.g. Excel) to conduct final calculations.

CARIO provides an extensive set of calculations for the most important result types. In this way, manual data transfer and external calculation can be omitted. Furthermore CARIO offers flexible reporting: ranging from minimal to a detailed, full report in accordance with GxP.

The Peakprovider helps you with the evaluation of unknown peaks in Empower and is particularly suited for complex mixtures of substances with many unknown components. With the Peakprovider the laborious and error-prone transfer in external calculation programmes is obsolete and your data is handled quickly.

The Waters Empower® software offers capable tools to calculate known peaks. But when it comes to the analysis of an unidentified mixture of substances, very often it is necessary to quantify the unknown peaks as well. To get a non-ambiguous allocation, all peaks of a chromatogram have to be labeled. The peakprovider adds these unknown peaks autonomously into the compomnent table of your processing method. Via a user defined selection of chromatograms the Peakprovider enables the automated addition of new components in an already existing evaluation method. No peak which is already inserted to the component table by a user is overwritten, the detected peaks will be supplied with systematical names instead.

This application developed by beyontics, the leading independent expert for specific customer solutions for the Empower software in the German speaking countries, is tested towards our internal standards.

The CIQ from beyontics offers you the possibility to qualify your Empower controlled chromatography systems homogeneously and without additional validation effort. In contrast to the most qualifications the CIQ is consequently orientated to the analytical work in your lab instead of following the different specifications from various equipment manufacturers.

CIQ is implemented as an Empower project and equipped with special Custom Fields, adaptable methods and reports. By using special tests the chromatography systems will be checked automatically through Empower. The complexity of the tests as well as the limits are defined according to your requirements: Only what you state is relevant will be tested!

For each single test item you receive a result statement which can be presented in a report. Thus each test is stand alone and can be repeated if needed - for example if a requalification after a maintenance is necessary. All tests and results will be documented in Empower. In this way the documentation of the qualification completes the documentation of the analysis.
